Before you request a quote
What is useful to share?
In your quote request, it helps to name the cities as well as the origin and destination countries. The approximate moving date, the type of property and a short description of what is moving also help the first review. If the full address is not known yet, just say so. Details that are not settled show where the assessment may need updating later.
What to share, by service
- Storage: expected period and amount of goods
- Office relocation: new floor plan or department layout
- Household move: origin and destination cities, approximate date, property type
- Customs: destination country and contents of the shipment
